English Breakfast Tea is a light coloured yet mysteriously strong tea hailing from the highlands of Ceylon’s Dimbulla region. Kick-start your day with this energising cup of tea.
Ceylon Dimbula has a reddish amber color in the cup, with a medium to full body, slightly fruity flavor with mineral notes. Often used in Earl Grey and other blends, the best pure Dimbulas like this one are magnificent on their own.
English Breakfast Tea is astringent, just like a black tea should be. On the other hand, it is pleasantly sweet, which perfectly balances the earth's tones. Whoever is greedy, can improve it with a drop of milk or a teaspoon of sugar.
