Shipping Policy

Shipping Note: Some shipping carriers may be experiencing delivery delays. If you have questions regarding your order, or you have not received a shipping confirmation email from teastore.com, please contact us on contact@teastore.com. If you have received a shipping confirmation email, please track your order with the tracking link provided. Thank you for your patience.

General Terms: We mainly ship to all the countries but on the way to checkout if you can not find your country please contact us directly via email and we will give you full support within 24h.

Timing of your shipment: You should receive your order within 10-15 business days. We ship out packages as fast as possible, once your order is placed you may not be able to cancel or change the order.

It may take up to three to five business days for your order to be processed in-house before it ships. Please note we ship orders out on business days only.

Shipping Method: We reserve the right to use a different shipping carrier ( using a comparable service) than what was selected at checkout. Orders will be shipped using our preferred provider.

Tracking Information: Once your order ships, a tracking number will be created. Please provide an accurate email address if you would like to track your order. Creating an account, though not required, will facilitate the ability to track the package.

Address Change: If your order is processing and you need to change the shipping address, a redirect fee of $15 may apply.

Refused Delivery: If you elect to refuse the delivery of the items you ordered from teastore.com or return items without requesting a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), a 20% restocking fee plus original shipping charges will be billed on to the card on file.

Damaged Merchandise: Items are carefully packaged to protect against damage during shipping. Please carefully inspect your package when it arrives for any shipping damage. If an item appears to be damaged, do not attempt to use it and notify us immediately so that we begin the claims process.

Missing Merchandise: Please note that we often ship orders in multiple packages. However ,if items are apparently missing from your order, please report to us immediately so we can track packages and replace the shipment if necessary.
